Returns
To make a claim, the Purchaser must document any damage to the package at the time of delivery both with the delivery person and with photographs emailed to Madovan. Any shipping damage not reported at the time of delivery shall be deemed “accepted as is” by the Purchaser and is not eligible for coverage. The Purchaser must open packages, inspect products, and report any unseen damage to Madovan via email at the time of the delivery. Madovan may at their discretion and expense require the damaged product to be returned. Proof of return may be required before a claim is covered.
To begin your return or exchange request, please email [email protected] with the reason for the return or exchange. Proof of purchase (order number) must be included. Returned items without approval will not be accepted. All warranty returns are subject to our Warranty Policy. Return authorization is required before the return or exchange will begin.
Product Warranty
At Madovan we stand behind the craftmanship of our products and guarantee the highest quality. Madovan products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. All warranty returns must have an approved claim. Returned product without an approved claim will not be accepted. Shipping costs to execute this warranty shall be covered by Madovan. Madovan accepts no responsibility for consequential damages, including local installation costs. Damage or problems caused by improper installation or any non-compliance with the product instructions and guidelines are not covered by this warranty. Non-Warranty Returns or Exchange
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return the item for a refund within 30 days from the date your order was received. Requests for non-warranty refunds or exchanges beyond the 30-day limit will not be accepted. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to any non-warranty return. Pre-authorized, unused/undamaged must be in new condition in the original packaging with all hardware, parts and instructions to be accepted. Credit will not be given for returns that are not in a new condition, or that have any damage or wear. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-warranty returns and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that items returned without cause arrive at our facility complete, clean, undamaged, and in the original packaging. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return for a refund, once received. This time frame will vary depending on your bank’s processing time. Refunds will be in the same form as the original accepted for payment. Madovan reserves the right to accept or deny returns including but not limited to the stated policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Allow up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your account. This time frame will vary depending on your bank’s processing time.
Special Order Item/Product
Special order item/product may not be returned unless defective or damaged during shipping.
Note
An adult signature is required for items valued at $100 or more to receive the delivery.
If you are returning an item worth over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not credit for returned items if we do not receive the returned item back.
